✦ Terms of Services ✦

I. Payment and Delivery.

✦ The currency you will be paying in is Euro (€). Paypal offers you the option to convert your currency so if you ever wonder how much [6€] is in your currency, Paypal will let you know.
✦ Payment is ONLY through Paypal as Friends & Family, not Goods & Services, to avoid waiting delay that could occur on big commission and big fees from Paypal as I need the payment to start working on your pieces. I'm also not a recognized artist by government and G&S would put me in a bad place regarding my country laws with Paypal. Thank you for your understanding.
✦ For prices and minimal amounts for certain commission, please refer to the Price List page.
✦ Payment is upfront in full after the sketch validation by the client.
✦ No refunds after the client paid since it requires a validation from the client.
✦ Work days are from Monday to Friday only. Week-ends are my days-off. I can take days off in the week too as I have severe health issues but I will make sure to notify my clients of those days off. Thank you for understanding.
✦ 5 revisions are free on each sketch, from 6 onwards it'll cost you an additional 1€ per revision.
✦ No revision on the lineart.
✦ Color and details revisions are free while I'm working on your commissions (details ex: freckles, makeup, etc...) but will cost an additionnal 2€ once the commission is done if you wish to come back and have colors changed or details removed/added (skin, hair, freckles, etc...) Although if you come back to have the emotes reworked because you changed more than colors, it'll cost you the initial price of an emote (8€).
✦ Tips are not obligatory but I do appreciate any extra support towards my art and it means a lot to me !

II. Clients.

✦ First thing, I am polite to you, please be polite back.
✦ You will send me photos references of the character you want artworks of. NO AI GENERATED OCs. Photos must be full body (front, side, back) in the clothing you want, one good photo of the face and a 360 of the head as well. A good lighting and no environment lights.
✦ You will send me either, written descriptions or images, of the emotions and poses you want.
✦ Failing to give me the references listed above while you are in the waitlist/queue, will set you back in the waitlist/queue if there is any.
✦ Once the queue moves up, I will notify you but if I fail to do so, please check my bio as I update it often !
✦ When your commission is next I will update you with everything for every sketch, every lineart and every coloring. I try to give as many updates as possible to please people the best I can.
✦ I do not do NSFW art and I will appreciate that you respect that.

III. Credit and commercial use.

✦ Commercial use needs to be discussed first.
✦ Credit must be given in a way on Discord and Twitch or any other platform you use them for.
✦ I do not allow my art to be put in a machine to feed and train AIs. If you commission from me, you agree to not put my work anywhere near an AI.

✦ I. Emotes. ✦

Bundle of 3 : 24€

(Price for one emote : 8€*)

* The starting price is 24€ based on the bundle of 3. However you can add at least one emote more in the bundles making it a bundle of 4. This also applies to the other bundles. Please notify me right away of this request once we get in touch !Extra offer :
For just 1€ on your total you can all the emotes you commissionned in the biggest size possible, aka the size I worked on. That way, you will get your emotes in a size available to use as icons, profile pictures and so on ! Please notify me right away once we get in touch if you want this extra offer !
(Example : A bundle of 3 will be 25€ instead of 24€!)

✦ Chibi Artworks ✦

Profil picture/icon : 30€-35€
Full body & full colors : 50€-65€

* 50€ is the base price for a full body chibi artwork, if the character submitted for the artwork is overly detailed, the price will rise significantly increase and cap at 65€.

✦ Portraits ✦

* An additionnal fee will be requested per hand/arm visible in the portrait format. (+10€ per hand and +5€ per item [nb: per example a hand holding a coffee cup would be +15€])

(You will get a static PNGTuber with all the combinations possible [4 in total])

Chibi half-body : 80€
Full body : 95€
